Would stay again
While the breakfast was one the weak side, the hotel made up for it. Clean kitchen with enough to eat in the room. Water pressure decent, bed comfy and staff very friendly and helpful.

The space is in need of maintenance which might be expected but even though we made a reservation late that day, we had to switch 3 times because the rooms were not cleaned. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast isn’t a buffet style like pictures
The breakfast spread was not what it shows in pictures. As you can see the breakfast area was dark and empty. It was a pick your own sandwich behind the counter for the employee to heat up. The faucet handle came off in the bathroom sink, the area by the window in the room smelled like mildew and the water pressure was really low.

Room was large and spacious as was the bathroom. Would recommend staying here if going to be stopping in Big Spring.

Very nice staff but whenever I would get my room serviced they would take my trash out and not replace the trash bags.

It’s a good place to stay off the highway. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. My only concern was the building itself. Some of the last remodel was poorly done. For example, door knob to the closet incorrectly done or the baseboard not secured to the wall in some segments.
I would stay here again.

Stayed in room 100. Stephanie at check-in was nice. Two-queen-bed suite with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and silverware in drawers and cabinets (we didn't use). Sorry to say but this room needs a lot of TLC: cracked tiles in shower, cracks in bathroom floor tile (also dirty spots on floor), untrimmed snags in carpet, baseboards look bad, dust on lid of ice bucket, crumbs here and there. The room was not clean. Noise from freeway traffic (bothered hubby but not me). On the plus side, the king bed was comfortable and the breakfast had chorizo with eggs and potato, bacon & sausage, and all of the usual items. Would not want to stay in this room again...would request a different room if in the area again.

First of all my main upsetting downfall was there was no swimming pool when I had booked there was a swimming pool as one of the amenities and pictured in the website. I do have screenshots with dates and time frames. After I had made a complaint and report to the front desk the next day I noticed it was removed from the website. Front desk clerk stated that she was aware of it and had been on the website for a long time and hasn't been removed. That was one huge amenity asset that I was looking for to enjoying myself at this stay. The front desk clerk was very professional and courteous and the lady on the breakfast server was very nice and pleasant.
